CONCERTS IN ARGENTINA TOMORROW AND TUESDAY EXPECTED TO GO AHEAD AS PLANNED
Ed Force One was this morning tethered to a tow truck to be taken for refuelling prior to flying over the Andes to Cordoba for the next show. On moving the steering pin that is part of the mechanism that connects the ground tug to the aircraft seemingly fell out. On making a turn the aircraft had no steering and collided with the ground tug badly damaging the undercarriage, two of the aircrafts engines and injuring two ground tug operators, both of whom have been taken to hospital. We hope of course that they make a full and speedy recovery and we will be closely monitoring their progress. The flight engineers are on site and evaluating the damage, but their initial report is that the engines have suffered large damage and will require an extended period of maintenance and possibly two new engines

Finland’s heaviest festival, Tuska is upping the ante by adding some serious talent to its 2016 Artist roster.
FROM THRASH TILL DEATH
There can never be enough thrash metal in the line-up and the legendary Anthrax is here to up the intake. One of the Big Four, Anthrax has produced some of the most memorable thrash anthems to date, such as “Caught In A Mosh”, “I Am The Law” and “Be All, End All” to name a few.
French technical and progressive death metal squad Gojira have been added to the already illustrious Tuska line up. Gojira are currently working on the follow up to their highly regarded “L'Enfant Sauvage”-album.
And today we got very sad news again - David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous 18 month battle with cancer. While many of you will share in this loss, we ask that you respect the family’s privacy during their time of grief.
Today we got very sad and devastating news. Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister died at his home in Los Angeles after a short battle with extremely agressive form of cancer. It's hard to believe but it's official now. Our thoughts and condolences goes to his family. Rock'n'roll will never be the same anymore.
Scott Weiland, best known as the lead singer for Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver, passed away in his sleep while on a tour stop in Bloomington, Minnesota, with his band The Wildabouts. At this time we ask that the privacy of Scott’s family be respected.

Tuska Festival taking place at Suvilahti, Helsinki, Finland on the first weekend on July, 1.-3.7.2016, has added a bunch of the hardest and hottest acts in the business to its already illustrious line up.

Be prepared to be possessed as the mysterious rituals of Ghost will take over Suvilahti next July. Ghost is currently touring their mega-successful “Meliora” album. The band last performed in Helsinki only a few weeks ago to an ecstatic crowd at a sold out show at The Circus.
Finland’s own Stam1na are currently preparing their seventh release. Stam1na has worked their way up the ranks to one of the biggest metal acts in Finland. Good to have you guys back at Tuska!

19th TUSKA takes over Helsinki next summer. As previous years, we’re heading towards three days of metal mayhem including top-notch bands, great people and high-class area services. TUSKA 2016 will be held at Suvilahti, Helsinki from Friday 1.7. to Sunday 3.7.2016. Three-day Early Crow tickets and VIP-packages go on sale Oct 30 at 9am.
First two TUSKA 2016 bands are BEHEMOTH and TSJUDER. Behemoth will bring ”The Satanist” -show to Tuska stage. The band’s latest album is rich and varied in its soundscape and filled with metaphors written by front man Nergal. Tsjuder treats its Hellsinki audience with
Iron Maiden just announced 3 festivals in Germany... Rockavaria, Rock im Revier and Wacken Open Air. Also at Ullevi Stadium, Gothenburg, Sweden on 17 June.

And Maiden will headline France’s first Download Festival on Friday June 10 at Longchamps Racecourse, Paris. Then we fly across to England on Ed Force One, landing at East Midlands Airport next to Donington Park, to close the UK Download Festival on Sunday June 12. This will be Maiden’s only UK appearance.
